CRITÉRIOS DE SELEÇÃO E PRIORIZAÇÃO DE PORTFÓLIO DE PROJETOS NOS SETORES PÚBLICO E PRIVADO: UMA REVISÃO DA LITERATURA

Resumen


Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar os critérios para a seleção e priorização de projetos dentro do gerenciamento de portfólio de projetos e comparar os resultados obtidos na análise do setor público e do setor privado. A abordagem metodológica foi a de revisão sistemática da literatura. A amostra é composta de artigos selecionados nas bases de dados ISI Web of Science e Scopus, sendo uma amostra para cada setor. Os resultados permitiram elaborar um quadro resumo dos critérios divididos em sete classes para cada setor: “Ambiente externo / partes interessadas”, “Componentes do Projeto”, “Estratégia”, “Financeira”, “Processos internos”, “Riscos” e “Social e Ambiental”. Os resultados foram agrupados em tabelas demonstrando a distribuição dos critérios por autores. Da análise depreende-se que o setor privado tem maior foco em critérios das classes Financeira e Estratégia e o setor público tem maior foco nos critérios da classe Social e Ambiental.
