ANALISAR AS PRÁTICAS DE GESTÃO DE PROJETOS EM EMPRESAS DE BENS DE CAPITAL COM ENGENHARIA SOB ENCOMENDA.

Resumen


O presente estudo trata da gestão de projetos de desenvolvimento de produtos de controle e monitoramento de processos considerados como sob encomenda ou “Engineering-To-Order”. O estudo tem como objetivo analisar as melhores práticas do desenvolvimento do projeto, utilizando como base um estudo de caso de uma empresa multinacional, bem como entrevistas com os gerentes de projetos responsáveis pelas atividades relativas ao estudo. Os resultados pretendidos visam demonstrar o ambiente de projetos de alta complexidade e altos riscos de aplicação, bem como checar possíveis pontos de melhoria e redução do desperdício de tempo. Ao final do artigo, sugestões de estudos futuros estarão disponíveis para que seja complementado à metodologia proposta neste estudo.
