LOS SISTEMAS DE ALERTA TEMPRANA APLICADOS A LA DIRECCIÓN DE PROYECTOS: UNA REVISIÓN DE LA LITERATURA

Resumen


La complejidad y la incertidumbre que rodea a los proyectos, dificulta la identificación y la gestión de los riesgos. Las herramientas tradicionales y la habilidad del equipo de proyecto basada en la experiencia, los presentimientos y la intuición no son suficientes para identificar los riesgos a tiempo. Existe, no obstante, en el ámbito del proyecto información en forma de señales débiles que puede resultar de gran utilidad para facilitar la identificación de riesgos e  incluso poder prever cómo finalizará el proyecto.

El presente artículo hace una revisión  de la literatura analizando cómo la comunidad científica y los profesionales de la gestión de proyectos tratan de aplicar la teoría de las señales débiles de Ansoff a la gestión de proyectos.

El resultado del análisis demuestra que se trata de un campo de investigación en el que todavía hay mucho por investigar y mucho más aún por poner en práctica.
