INTELIGÊNCIA EMOCIONAL NA GESTÃO DE PROJETOS: UMA ANÁLISE BIBLIOMÉTRICA

Resumen


A inteligência emocional é um termo relativamente recente, que cada vez mais vem chamando a atenção dos pesquisadores das ciências sociais. Sendo estudada desde o seu início no ambiente de trabalho, nos últimos anos surgiram alguns estudos relacionando gestão de projetos e inteligência emocional. De modo geral as organizações têm dado grande importância para a gestão de projeto, uma vez que ela está sendo utilizada como uma forma para se alcançar os objetivos estabelecidos. Com isso, profissionais desta área também estão chamando a atenção e crescendo em importância, onde não apenas habilidades técnicas estão sendo consideradas críticas, como também as habilidades comportamentais como a inteligência emocional. Este estudo apresenta uma análise bibliométrica sobre como se caracteriza o cenário de estudos que abrangem a inteligência emocional na gestão de projetos. Os resultados encontrados apresentam uma tendência de crescimento para trabalhos nesta linha de pesquisa.
